Fiberglass sandwich mat called Flow Mat as well, made with polypropylene non-woven core and choppe.d strand stitched together mechanically, 2 layers of 300gsm choppe.d strand mat with 250g/m2 PP core, it is used for all the closed mold process needs and helps improve productivity and quality. Easy flow core for rapid wet-out and mold filling.
To reinforce polyester resin and polyurethane resin.
The weight of PP is 180GSM and 250GSM.
The application: Bus roofing, wind blade, boat, truck bodies windmill and so on.

No binder,no warp and weft direction corssing,no ruffled.
No displacement deformation.Good resistance to erosion,fast wet out.
